Steve is an International Mountain Leader (UIMLA) based in East Sussex and the French Pyrenees, who guides treks and snowshoeing throughout the UK, Europe and Africa having experience of expeditions both in summer and winter including the Alps, Pyrenees, Himalaya, Patagonia and Greenland.  He also deliver NNAS Navigation courses, NNAS Tutor Award, Climbing on Southern Sandstone as well as CPD workshops to the outdoor industry.

Allan is a qualified Mountain Leader and climbing instructor who has been delivering the Duke of Edinburgh Award for over 20 years, he is passionate about the environment and the human impact on the planet and carries the ‘Leave No Trace Trainer Certification’ with The Centre of Outdoor Ethics, guiding and supporting both young people and adults of all abilities with what he describes as Outside Learning.  He regularly delivers and assess National Navigation Award Scheme courses (NNAS) at Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels.

Nigel is qualified teacher holding a PGCE in outdoor education from Bangor University, N. Wales  and a MA (Education) from Brunel University. Nigel has been an outdoor teacher, instructor and coach for many years and is qualified across a range of disciplines including MLS, RCI, BCU Coach, NNAS tutor/assessor, Archery GB L1 coach, 1st Aid Instructor, LEL3 course provider, RYA day skipper and safety boat driver.

All our leaders and instructors hold a current Wilderness First Aid qualification,  NNAS Tutor Award and are fully insured for the environment they work in.
