Arthur & Lucy
"Having never climbed before we were initially very apprehensive before getting started. Fear of not doing setting up correctly and the risks involved. After a days induction with Nigel we felt completely safe and confident to go and climb on our own.
The content was delivered clearly and thoroughly and at no point did we feel overwhelmed with all the new knowledge we needed to remember. Questions were welcomed and the training was delivered in a warm, friendly manner. Nigel went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed following on from the induction and after already feeling like it was great value for money, we were surprised to find even more included with an optional in-person follow up, to run through everything prior to our safety test. Nigels experience and competence as an instructor was obvious throughout. Will definitely be getting in touch again to continue our training."
